Refund policy

Kindly note that we do not grant refunds for any products purchased, but we can initiate an exchange if you are not happy or sure about any of your purchases.

Customers have within two (2) days to check and initiate their return.

1. Products can only be returned under the following conditions:

 a. The condition of the product must be the same as it was at the time of purchase.

 b. All laces, wigs, and other products must be intact.

 c. It must not be damaged in any way.

 d. The customer must bring the purchase receipt.

2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must return them within two (2) days of the purchase. Sazzy Hair Collections will then initiate an exchange.
